1. Acceptance
By using Vantix you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Vantix is an AI-powered web application builder. We provide AI-generated code and hosting on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results or uptime.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Tokens reset monthly and unused tokens do not carry over. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Free plan
Free accounts are limited to 2 AI requests per day. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Vantix to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
You own the code and content you create using Vantix. We claim no ownership over your projects.
7. Limitation of liability
Vantix is provided "as is". Vantix BV is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or business interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
