2. What data we collect
We collect your email address when you register, and usage data (number of AI requests). We do not collect or store your project content beyond active sessions. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
3. Why we collect it
Your email is used to: authenticate you via magic link, send account-related emails, and manage your subscription. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your explicit consent given at signup (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA).
7. Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Third parties
Stripe (payment processing, privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy). We use Anthropic AI to process your prompts — inputs are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
